I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of th hotel. breakfast was good and offered good choices; dinner in the evening was not fresh.

Big room, clean, with all facilities. Bed was huge and comfortable, as well as the shower.

My stay was great. The staff are wonderful and very accomodating of requests. The location of hotel is great, close to many amenities including restaurants and coffee houses. The rooms are big, clean well furnished providing both a working atmosphere and relaxing downtime. All the concierge, the reception staff and only some restaurant staff are friendly. A special mention to the lady at the egg station, bless her. Gerdla the concierge, reception ladies- Addis, Alem, Yuel...(difficult name), Fikar - were superb. The gym is nice. The double glazing on windows improves the night experience as Bole can be noisy. Bathroom amenities and the Green life consciousness a plus . Will be back.

The stuff are very friendly from the receptionists, the restaurant staff, special thanks to the porter who I didnt catch his name, all security personnel where friendly.

The buffet breakfast was great and the chef or restaurant manager was fantastic and vey attentive to clients needs. He ensured that my wife and daughter had all they needed at breakfast. If they asked for a special meal, he went back to the kitchen made whatever they requested. This is how customers should be treated by all employees. The bathroom was also roomy and clean.

The room is big , quiet and well equipped. The location is also very good , the area has good restaurants, bars and shopping malls.

I stayed there June 14 to July 2. I found the hotel to be exceptionally nice. Hotel-staff was super I enjoyed their delicious complimentary breakfast with many local and international varieties to choose from. These days we see hotels reducing services for cost saving but this hotels amenities reminded us the good old days,me and my family had a great time.
